CHOUR LLC — Chinese Adventure Tours

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Payment Payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

1.2 What's Included All lodging and transportation during the tour, guided adventure activities, and a welcome breakfast and farewell dinner.

1.3 Not Included Flights to/from Denver, most meals, personal purchases, and travel insurance.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Guest Cancellations

  • More than 60 days before tour start: 100% refund of total amount paid

  • 30–60 days before tour start: 50% refund of total amount paid

  • Less than 30 days before tour start: No refund

2.2 Company Cancellations If CHOUR LLC cancels due to weather, safety, logistics, or insufficient enrollment, guests may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future tour. CHOUR LLC is not responsible for flight or other travel expenses incurred by the guest.

3. Minimum Group Size Minimum group size is 6 guests. If this minimum is not met, guests will be notified 30 or more days prior to the tour start date and offered a full refund or transfer per Section 2.2.

4. Age & Weight Requirements

  • Minimum age: 8 years old

  • Minimum weight: 65 lbs / 30 kg

  • Minors require a signed parental or guardian consent form

  • A responsible adult (18+) must accompany all minors throughout the tour

5. Fitness & Participation Requirements No stringent fitness requirements are imposed. Guests must disclose any serious health concerns prior to booking. Reasonable accommodations will be made when possible.

6. Guest Conduct & Removal Unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

7. Luggage & Personal Items Guests are recommended to bring no more than two bags (one suitcase and one daypack). Guests are responsible for transporting their own luggage. CHOUR LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

8. Medical Emergencies Guests are responsible for all medical costs incurred during the tour. Guides are authorized to call emergency services if a situation requires it.

9. Photography & Media Release Guests who wish to opt out of photography or video must notify CHOUR LLC in writing prior to the tour start date. Opting out may limit participation in group photos.

10. Language Tours are conducted in Mandarin Chinese and English. Guests must be able to communicate in at least one of these languages.

11. Custom Tour Policies Custom tours are priced individually based on itinerary and group needs. Specific terms and refund policies for custom tours may differ from those above and will be communicated in writing during the planning process.

12. Dispute Resolution & Liability

12.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

12.2 Mediation & Arbitration Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in Colorado.

12.3 Limitation of Liability CHOUR LLC's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the guest. CHOUR LLC is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party vendors.

12.4 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
