LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

CHOUR LLC — Chinese Adventure Tours Required for Participation

1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks I understand that adventure activities involve risks including falls, weather hazards, wildlife encounters, water risks, altitude effects, equipment failure, and transportation risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Health & Fitness I certify that I am physically able to participate and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions prior to the tour.

3. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless CHOUR LLC, its owners, guides, employees, contractors, and partner vendors from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Third-Party Vendors I understand that rafting, ziplining, horseback riding, and paddle sports are operated by independent vendors. CHOUR LLC is not liable for their actions or omissions.

5. Emergency Medical Care I authorize CHOUR LLC to seek emergency medical assistance if needed and accept responsibility for all medical costs incurred.

6. Photography Release Unless I opt out in writing prior to the tour start date, I grant permission for CHOUR LLC to use photos or videos of me for marketing purposes.

7. Binding Agreement I have read and understand this waiver and sign it voluntarily.
